  • Toma Bodea
    Toma Bodea Controller

    Toma climbed the corporate ladder fairly quickly through the last 5 years of his professional career. He studied Business Administration with a focus in Accounting at the University of Michigan and took on a financial reviewer role with Plante Moran right after graduation. Following that, his career took off when he accepted a role as a Corporate Accountant for Friedman Real Estate overseeing a portfolio of corporate and residential properties. Toma continued climbing the corporate ladder in early 2019 when he was offered a Senior Accountant position with Real Green Systems. He accepted this role knowing that the company at the time was in need of a full accounting and business restructure. Applying the knowledge and experience he learned in his past, Toma managed to implement policies and procedures that brought the accounting and finance department into a smooth and well run operation. Toma has now taken his next business leap in his career with TLS Productions as a Financial Controller.

    Scott has years of experience in material handling, transportation, and customer service. From commercial truck driving to shop hand and handyman work, he’s a logistical wizard and a quick thinker.A compassionate people person, he is dedicated to fulfilling the customers’ needs – both scheduled and last minute, continually facilitating the myriad of processes that keep our industry going.
  • Elizabeth Essex
    Elizabeth Essex Production Coordinator

    With a variety of experience, Elizabeth has been a part of the entertainment industry since a young age. Some professional positions held include: Production Manager, Rigging Supervisor, Assistant Technical Director, as well as General Manager of a Construction Company. After receiving a BFA degree in Theater Management from Longwood University in VA, New York became home before settling in California. Elizabeth freelanced for TLS Productions, Inc. in the past on major auto shows and now returns as Production Coordinator located on the West Coast.

  • Robert Glowacki
    Robert Glowacki Senior Designer

    Robert has a very stylized approach to lighting design. creating genuinely unique designs for our clients. Graduating with a BFA in Theater Design from Oakland University, he has worked from NYC to LA, and everywhere in between. He still spends some time at his old position of production manager on events and helps to generate new business. Robert brings new energy and ideas to a fast growing company. He is also currently the lighting director for Brett Eldredge, where he is sharpening his skills, and continuously bringing new ideas and back to TLSP.

  • Emily Ann Jugowicz
    Emily Ann Jugowicz Sales, Rentals, Permanent Installations Social Media Coordinator
    Emily is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University and earned her degree in Entertainment, Design and Technology with a focus in Arts Management. She found her calling over 10 years ago within the Metro Detroit theatre scene. Her vast network of technicians lends to her skyrocketing the productivity of the rentals and installations department at TLSP. For those of you that know Emily we think you can agree; she is a master of all things time management, a lover of sticky notes, color coordinating, and kittens!
  • Aaron Kashmer
    Aaron Kashmer Purchasing

    Aaron has over 15 years of experience in theater, dance, and industrial lighting production. After Graduating with a BFA from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, he’s carried many positions at TLS Productions, Inc., from lead lighting tech to rental and sales manager to purchasing and gear sourcing. Aaron claims, “there are very few people in the rental lighting and production industry that don’t know me.”

  • Carl Kedzierski
    Carl Kedzierski Chief Operating Officer

    Carl has been involved in the special event production and entertainment industries for nearly two decades – bringing experience, creativity, and education to the table. Carl is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science in Communication, and also possesses a Masters of Business Administration in Management from Florida Institute of Technology; Carl also attended Oxford University for a portion of his MBA coursework.

    With over 25 years experience in the entertainment industry, Tim offers a wide background to the TLS Productions, Inc. team. Over the years he has worked with a number of touring artists and large corporate events around the world. Tim has also taken on the task of Production Management and Site Operations for some of the top festivals in America as well as heading up the sales team for a major truss manufacturer in the U.S. 

  • Li Liu
    Li Liu Accountant

    Li has more than 15 years of experience in corporate accounting. She holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Beijing Post and Telecommunications Engineering University. She held positions as a hardware engineer and a data base developer before taking a position with TLS Productions, Inc. in 2003. She currently handles sales & use tax, payroll tax, pension and bank compliance along with managing accounts payable for TLSP.

  • Jeremy Luker
    Jeremy Luker Warehouse Team Member
    Always on hand with audio, video, and lighting solutions, Jeremy is a jack of all trades.  After years of pouring his energy into the Las Vegas local music scene and countless DIY productions, he’s developed a deep passion for the production and entertainment industry. Fueled by his desire to learn and excel, and driven by his love of the arts, he aspires to participate in productions at their highest possible level.  On his journey to become an expert in his field, he has proven himself adept as a problem solver and a willing apprentice, ready to learn from those willing to share their experience. When he’s not at work he’s either behind a soundboard supporting his art collective as an engineer and producer, or in the same familiar place his journey began, with a guitar in his lap and a pen in his hand.
  • Peter Moll
    Peter Moll CEO

    Peter has an extensive background in the creative and music industry. Having worked closely with Green Day, ASCAP, CMT and many of today’s top touring and entertainment acts. Peter started his career an Independent Producer/Director/DP. He has designed, shot and directed entertainment shoots from a single camera to live, multi-camera events with up to 25 cameras. Additionally, Peter designed and produced the visual content and directed the live video elements for such television as From the Big Apple to the Big Easy, a Hurricane Katrina benefit concert, Boston Strong, a Boston Marathon bombing benefit concert. Peter has also traveled the world as a Touring Video Director with such acts as Elton John, Billy Joel, James Taylor, Guns N Roses, Van Halen, Enrique Iglesias, The Weeknd and more.

    Peter was also the founder and principal owner of Boston based creative boutique, Gray Matter Entertainment. Gray Matter produced custom visual content for Elton John, Van Halen, Kelly Clarkson tours among others. While at Gray Matter, Peter created King of The Roadies, a gritty television docu-soap about Guns N Roses touring crew.

    President of TLS Productions, Inc., he received his Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University with a degree in Technical Theater; and has over 35 years of experience in the industry working within a variety of local, educational, regional, industrial, and professional theater settings. Bill’s attention to detail and ability to adapt to each and every client has helped to make TLS Productions, Inc. the successful company it is today.

    Angelo is a 23-year veteran of the Audio-Visual industry, with a concentration in the Trade Show, Corporate Event and Sub-Rental markets.  Angelo is results-driven with an outstanding track record of account management and new business development.  Angelo excels at building effective partnerships with clients and vendors and possesses a strong knowledge base of emerging audio-visual technologies.

  • Paul Ryan
    Paul Ryan Lighting & Audio Technician | ETC Service Technician

    Paul has been a theater technician in some capacity for the last 10 years and graduated from Siena Heights University in 2013 with a BA in Theater to continue that career. He has been working for TLSP on and off since 2014 while working on cruise ships and in other venues as a lighting technician. He now works for TLSP as an Audio & Lighting Technician and an ETC Service Technician. Paul loves his new wife Alison, and enjoys woodworking in his spare time.

    Amanda Skidmore Account Executive - New Business
    Amanda has been in the event production and marketing industry for over thirteen years and counting with extensive experience in live & virtual event planning and production from corporate events to association meetings. Amanda’s background in audio visual, interactive technology, project management, and event and booth production has earned her a well-rounded skill set that has brought her clients unique experiences and successful events. Amanda is passionate about the entertainment and events industry and is dedicated to providing the tools and expertise needed to provide solutions, engage audiences, and create memorable experiences for her clients and their audiences.
  • Halle Stiverson
    Halle Stiverson Accounts Receivable Specialist
    As a recent graduate from Eastern Michigan University, Halle earned her Bachelor of Arts in Entertainment Design and Technology with a focus in Stage Management.  She also worked for EMU as a Supervising Stage Manager and Office Manager. After working in academic theatre for the last couple years, Halle looks forward to expanding her horizons with TLSP and learning from those more experienced in the entertainment industry.
