  • Kirt Bachiero
    Kirt Bachiero Vice President of Sales – Auto Shows

    Kirt has over 30 years of business management experience and has spent more than 20 years on the sales side. As director of our west coast regional offices, Kirt manages all account relationships in the region. Kirt has been a sales representative for TLS Productions, Inc. since 1998 and was promoted to VP in 2012. Kirt is charged with expanding the sales effort, both geographically and into new business lines.

  • John Briggs
    John Briggs Electronic Services Engineer

    John has spent his entire adult life working “behind the scenes” of both theatre and film. At one time he was the technical director and later producer of a local children’s theatre group. Early on, he partnered with two others to create “Alternative Light”. This began a career of working with some of the most recognizable names both in live theatre and popular music. In 1997, Alternative Light was sold to TLS Productions, Inc., where he continues to stay active within the company and its respective industry.

  • Miriam Fazekas
    Miriam Fazekas Operations Coordinator

    Miriam came to TLSP with 15 years of retail management experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an HR Major. She has worked for several small businesses providing operations support to senior staff. She left PepsiCo Beverage Company to join TLS Productions, Inc. in the fall of 2016. Miriam coordinates labor & facility management, travel & lodging among other responsibilities.

  • Drew Gansen
    Drew Gansen Warehouse Operations Manager – Ann Arbor

    Drew Gansen has been with TLS Productions, Inc. since October 2015. He attended Eastern Michigan University where he studied Technical Theatre with a focus in Lighting. Drew has worked with the Michigan Shakespeare Festival for the past six years and various other theatres in the Ann Arbor area. Outside of work, Drew enjoys hiking, reading, and sleeping.

  • Robert Glowacki
    Robert Glowacki Senior Lighting Designer

    As assistant production manager and special events supervisor for TLS Productions, Inc., Robert is our youngest team member. Graduating with a BFA in Theater Design from Oakland University, he has worked from NYC to LA, with a huge focus on work in the Metro Detroit area. With a focus in lighting design, he has designed for theaters, dance companies, and several corporate events. With his young age and desire for knowledge, he brings new and innovative ideas to an ever-growing company.

  • Pat Harper
    Pat Harper Director of Productions

    Pat has over 30 years experience in all technical areas of live event production and touring. While working in the entertainment industry, he held a number of important roles including tour manager, stage manager, technical director and head rigger. Since joining TLS Productions, Inc. in 2003, Pat has brought his experience to guide all auto and trade show production management. As Director of Productions, Pat is TLSP’s principal on-site manager for all customer projects.

  • Brad Hayes
    Brad Hayes Chief Operating Officer

    Chief Operating Officer of TLS Productions, Inc., with over 35 years experience in the entertainment, lighting & production industry; Brad worked with local musical acts as he started out his career, then worked on national & international tours and industrial markets as electrician, master electrician, crew chief, stage manager and production manager before coming to TLS Productions, Inc. in 1997. Since then, Brad has been a pivotal element for the growth and success of the company.

  • Raz Ionascu
    Raz Ionascu Lighting Department

    Raz has worked for TLS Productions, Inc. for four years, starting out in the cable department – but has since done everything from testing cable to inventory management to show installation and dismantle, including mentalist acts!  Raz is also the driver of TLSP’s trucks.  In his off time, Raz is an avid chess player, soccer player and coach.

  • Emily Ann Jugowicz-Miller
    Emily Ann Jugowicz-Miller Account Executive & Marketing Coordinator

    Emily is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University and holds a BS in Entertainment, Design, and Technology as well as Arts Management with a focus in Stage Management. While enrolled at EMU, she had the pleasure of working with a few professional theatre companies, including: Performance Network, Mosaic Youth Theatre, BlackBag Productions, Threefold Productions, Waterworks Theatre, and Warren Civic Theatre. She describes herself as a go-getter who loves spreadsheets, sticky notes, and kittens.

  • Aaron Kashmer
    Aaron Kashmer Purchasing

    Aaron has over 15 years of experience in theater, dance, and industrial lighting production. After Graduating with a BFA from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, he’s carried many positions at TLS Productions, Inc., from lead lighting tech to rental and sales manager to purchasing and gear sourcing. Aaron claims, “there are very few people in the rental lighting and production industry that don’t know me.”

  • Carl Kedzierski
    Carl Kedzierski Director of Operations & Marketing

    Carl has been involved in the special event production and entertainment industries for nearly two decades – bringing experience, creativity, and education to the table. Carl is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science in Communication, and also possesses a Masters of Business Administration in Management from Florida Institute of Technology; Carl also attended Oxford University for a portion of his MBA coursework.

  • Michael Kelty
    Michael Kelty Senior ETC Installation Engineer

    Michael has over seven years of experience with TLS Productions, Inc. Michael’s education includes a double major in Telecommunications & Film / Fine Arts from Eastern Michigan University. He also has a Master’s Degree in Fine Arts / Painting from Wayne State University. Michael is also an adjunct professor and has taught art related courses at the college level. Michael uses his creative abilities on a daily basis for problem solving, troubleshooting, and working as a team member to continue to make TLSP a thriving company within the industry.

  • Tim Kruse
    Tim Kruse Account Executive

    With over 25 years experience in the entertainment industry, Tim offers a wide background to the TLS Productions, Inc. team. Over the years he has worked with a number of touring artists and large corporate events around the world. Tim has also taken on the task of Production Management and Site Operations for some of the top festivals in America as well as heading up the sales team for a major truss manufacturer in the U.S. 

  • Dan LaPorte
    Dan LaPorte Production Manager

    Dan’s work in the industry was inspired by his involvement with high school theater and continued at the Community College of Southern Nevada. In 2002, he became a member of IATSE Local 720. He has since worked on a wide range of events including live television, movies, network TV series, award shows, concerts, red carpets events, conventions, trade shows, and theater – gaining fifteen years of experience as a Programmer, Head Electrician, and Crew Chief alongside ten years as a Lighting Designer and Master Electrician.

  • Li Liu
    Li Liu Accountant

    Li has more than 15 years of experience in corporate accounting. She holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Beijing Post and Telecommunications Engineering University. She held positions as a hardware engineer and a data base developer before taking a position with TLS Productions, Inc. in 2003. She currently handles sales & use tax, payroll tax, pension and bank compliance along with managing accounts payable for TLSP.

  • Doyle Martin
    Doyle Martin Chief Operating Officer

    Doyle graduated with a BFA in Theatre Design from the University of Texas, he has designed a wide range of lighting projects over the last 3 decades and has provided lighting designs ranging from outdoor environments to the UN Economics Convention, lighting for Grammy Award winning musical groups and Fortune 500 companies. As Director of Design Services, Doyle manages all aspects of design for TLS Productions, Inc.’s various projects.

  • Christopher Maassen
    Christopher Maassen Electronics & Warehouse Operations

    Chris has been with TLS Productions, Inc. since 2014. Chris’s experience includes over seven years at Washtenaw Community College as Video Conference Technician in conjunction with the United Association of Plumbers and Pipefitters construction supervision program. Chris worked several years for the City of Ann Arbor Community Television Network as a production assistant on various in-studio and in-field productions. He was also the Network Assistant Programmer for Channel 19 CitiTV and Channel 16 GovTV, providing coverage and production for City of Ann Arbor Public Meetings.   

  • Dustin D. Miller
    Dustin D. Miller Technology & Education Coordinator | ETC Service Technician

    Dustin, an Eastern Michigan University Entertainment Design & Technology Program Alum, has worked in the professional theatre & entertainment industry for a decade. His position at TLSP is to stay up-to-date with all aspects of technology hardware, software and industry leading processes & techniques and communicate said technologies to other professionals, students and end users. He is a certified ETC Service Technician & System Designer for permanent installation and long-term rental projects. Dustin lives in a small ranch home with his wife, Emily, and his two cats, Chandler & Marshall.

  • Ryan Nicholson
    Ryan Nicholson Senior Lighting Designer

    Ryan graduated with a BFA from the Rocky Mountain College of Art & Design, and in 1987 began working at one of the big lighting companies in Los Angeles, subsequently touring with big name musical acts, learning the lighting business from the ground up, then designing and running major tours. Ryan went freelance in 1998 and has been part of the design team, serving as Lighting Director for Neil Diamond’s World Tours for 15 years. When he was not on tour with Neil Diamond, Ryan would freelance for TLSP as a master electrician and lighting designer for the major car shows in the U.S. In May of 2013, TLSP hired Ryan on as a full time lighting designer.

  • William Ross
    William Ross President

    President of TLS Productions, Inc., he received his Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University with a degree in Technical Theater; and has over 35 years of experience in the industry working within a variety of local, educational, regional, industrial, and professional theater settings. Bill’s attention to detail and ability to adapt to each and every client has helped to make TLS Productions, Inc. the successful company it is today.

  • Paul Ryan
    Paul Ryan Audio Department

    Paul has been a theater technician in some capacity for the last 10 years and graduated from Siena Heights University in 2013 with a BA in Theater to continue that career. He has been working for TLSP on and off since 2014 while working on cruise ships and in other venues as a lighting technician. He now works for TLSP as an audio & lighting technician. Paul loves his new wife Alison, and enjoys woodworking in his spare time. 

  • Cameo Stancliff
    Cameo Stancliff Senior Account Executive | Trade Shows

    Cameo Stancliff recently joined TLS Productions, Inc., and will be concentrating on driving sales outside of the auto industry. Over the last year she has focused on custom booth sales and management with Plus Studios, Inc., as well as consulting and assisting customer needs on large accounts in the Las Vegas area.  
  Cameo has over 18 years of experience with the Freeman Companies, serving in roles such as Exhibitor Service Supervisor for Freeman’s Service Desk onsite, also running the overall in-house service department.  She then moved in to Operations / Sales and assisted in creating the Freeman Rigging Department, where she worked first hand with venue engineers, submitting all necessary drawings. Cameo was also responsible during that time for managing labor budgets.

  • Eric Topliss
    Eric Topliss Chief Financial Officer
    Eric has 20+ years of experience in public and corporate accounting. Eric received his BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from San Diego State University. He began his career in public accounting as an Audit Associate with Coopers & Lybrand in San Francisco, and continued his career in public accounting with Macdonald, Page & Co. in Portland, Maine, becoming a Certified Public Accountant in 1994. In the mid to late nineties through 2002 he held the positions of Senior Accountant with The Medstat Group in Ann Arbor and Controller with McFarlane Toys in Plymouth, MI. He has held his current position as Controller for TLSP for over 10 years and is registered as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Michigan.
  • Adam Weakley
    Adam Weakley Director of Warehouse Operations

    Adam has spent a lifetime working in theater, both on stage and off. He’s designed, operated, and installed a wide range of lighting, rigging, special effects, and temporary structures. He’s worked in schools, places of worship, bars and nightclubs, on film and TV shoots, stages and convention halls. Adam is a Columbus McKinnon and Stagemaker Certified Hoist Technician, and has completed Total Structures Outdoor Structures Class. He’s been managing the warehouse operations for TLS Productions, Inc. for the past 16 years. He also likes pie.

  • Melissa Williamson
    Melissa Williamson Cable Department

    Melissa graduated from Eastern Michigan University in April of 2016 with a major in Entertainment Design & Technology, with a primary focus in lighting. She began working for TLS Productions, Inc. the following May as a shop technician. Melissa is also a part of the road crew for TLSP and travels with them to various cities. Aside from TLSP, Melissa works at Skyline High School as their lighting designer. She also freelances throughout Michigan.

  • Jordan Yeo
    Jordan Yeo Production Manager | ETC Rigging Installation Engineer

    Jordan Yeo is currently a Production Manager and Production Rigger for TLS Productions, Inc. Jordan has been working with TLSP for the last three years. Jordan also offers a rigging training class series to help educate TLSP employees and customers about safe rigging practices. Jordan is an ETCP Certified Arena Rigger, a CM Certified Entertainment Hoist Technician, and an ETC Rigging Installation Engineer. When he is not working on your show or event he can be found enjoying time with his wife and three kids. He is also an avid photographer and is most likely carrying his camera around at his kids’ school events.  Jordan lives in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

  • Kayla Younkin
    Kayla Younkin Administrative Assistant

    Kayla is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University where she pursued a major in Music with a Theatre Arts minor. She has over 10 years of theatrical performance experience and has worked with several groups across SE Michigan. She has also stage-managed, music directed and conducted pit orchestras for several shows in the area. Kayla joined the TLS Productions, Inc. team in early 2017 as a shop technician in the cable department and is now the Administrative Assistant. In her free time she can usually be found karaoking, napping in her hammock, or roaming around Target.
